When you use Nereus, we collect the messages you send to our AI chatbot. If you provide your email address, we store it to deliver your account access. We also collect standard analytics data including page views, browser type, and approximate location.
How We Use Your Information
Your chat messages are processed by our AI to provide marine diagnostics. We do not sell, share, or use your conversations for advertising. Email addresses are used solely for account access and optional product updates.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Netlify and Anthropic. Chat conversations are not permanently stored after your session ends unless you create an account. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit.
Third-Party Services
We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI responses, Netlify for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
Your Rights
