Service Description

BoaterAI provides AI-powered marine diagnostics through Nereus, our chatbot. Nereus offers troubleshooting guidance, waterway information, and regulatory references for Florida boaters. Our service is informational only.

Disclaimer

Nereus provides guidance based on its training data and knowledge base. It is not a substitute for professional marine surveys, certified technician diagnosis, or official regulatory guidance. Always verify critical information with qualified professionals. BoaterAI is not liable for decisions made based on Nereus responses.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BoaterAI for lawful marine-related purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overwhelm our systems. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Partner Program

Business partners agree to maintain accurate listing information. Monthly subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Founding Partner rates are locked for the duration of continuous subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Intellectual Property

BoaterAI, Nereus, and all associated content are property of BoaterAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida courts.
